I feel like I’m skipping to advanced stuff to quick. Are there any not to easy, and not to hard rock songs I can play on electric guitar ?

Just about any Blink182 song, although "rock" is a stretch for them.

If you want a song that isn’t overplayed by ever single beginning guitarist, try "For Whom The Bell Tolls" by Metallica. It’s challenging enough to a beginner, but really fun to play.
