		<description>I agree with your last statement. But, I don&#039;t think that there is a method commercially available to actually photographically scan sheet music and have software play it for you. However, there are guitar tablature editors that can &quot;isolate and playback specific riffs.&quot;

A popular and free one is PowerTab, and a good paid one is Guitar Pro (5). One that is probably less known is Tuxguitar (originally made for Linux OS&#039;s but can be downloaded for free for Windows), but it can save files in the .ptb (PowerTab) and .gp(#) (Guitar Pro) file formats. Beware of scams; PowerTab and Tuxguitar are free programs. You should not have to pay for them.

The only drawback is that you have to put in the notes yourself manually, either by traditional music notation or by tab. Otherwise, have someone play the notes for you. :)&lt;br&gt;&lt;b&gt;References : &lt;/b&gt;&lt;br&gt;</description>
